It is an irony that for last 27 years, Authorities in Thane Municipal Corporation is just discussing about effective Mass Transportation System for residents of Thane , Maharashtra, INDIA.
Every time a new possibility is discussed, some consultant is being appointed, feasibility study is done and then that project is kept aside.
Earlier 5 year plan were implemented but this project has become limitless no. of years plan.
