Go through this photo. This is a photo of a road which approaches Hiranandani Medows from Green Wood , passes through Hyde Park. Look at the patch . Fun is in the recent past, totally new road was constructed. Then after construction was over, again 50 % of the road was dug for   some reason. At the time to closing the re dug portion of this road, this patch was kept in a very bad condition.

Now in another month MONSOON will be there. just imagine the condition of this patch.

Fun is residents of Hyde Park are not bothered about this . They are behaving like a GOOD PEOPLE.

 गेल्या चार महिन्यांत कुत्रा चावून रेबिज झाल्यामुळे शहरात १२ जणांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. मृत्यू पावलेल्यांपैकी ११ जण पुण्याबाहेरचे असून एक जण शहरातील रहिवासी आहे.
जानेवारीपासून आतापर्यंतच्या आकडेवारीवर नजर टाकल्यास कुत्रा चावून रेबिज होणाऱ्यांचे प्रमाण लक्षणीय दिसून येत आहे. नायडू रुग्णालय रेबिजवरील उपचारांचे प्रमुख केंद्र असल्यामुळे पुण्याबाहेरून येथे उपचारांसाठी येणाऱ्या रुग्णांचे प्रमाणही लक्षणीय आहे. जानेवारी, फेब्रुवारी आणि मार्च या तिन्ही महिन्यांत रेबिजचे प्रत्येकी ३ रुग्ण सापडले होते, तर एप्रिलमध्ये रेबिजचे ४ रुग्ण आढळले आहेत. पालिकेच्या उपआरोग्य प्रमुख डॉ. अंजली साबणे यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार जानेवारीपासून आतापर्यंत शहरात १२ जणांचा रेबिजमुळे मृत्यू झाला आहे. या बारा मृतांमधील एक पुण्याचा रहिवासी आहे.
डॉ. साबणे म्हणाल्या, ''शहरात पालिकेतर्फे ६,७५६ कुत्र्यांचे निर्बीजीकरण करण्यात आले असून त्यांना रेबिजचे इंजेकशनही देण्यात आले आहे. प्रत्येक झोनमध्ये कुत्र्यांचे निर्बीजीकरण व लसीकरणासाठी लक्ष्य ठरवून दिले जाते. सध्या चारही झोनमध्ये हे काम सुरू आहे.''
शहरात ढोले पाटील रस्ता, संगमवाडी आणि येरवडा भागात भटक्या कुत्र्यांचा उपद्रव मोठय़ा प्रमाणावर आहे. त्याखालोखाल कसबा पेठ, विश्रामबाग वाडा, टिळक रस्ता, भवानी पेठ, सहकारनगर, बिबवेवाडी, धनकवडी, कोंढवा, वानवडी आणि हडपसर येथेही नागरिकांना भटक्या कुत्र्यांचा त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे.
